Digital Elevation Models
Survey-grade terrain models built from georeferenced high-density point clouds, ready for drainage, earthworks and design.
You receive

- Contour lines at your chosen interval (DWG, DXF, SHP)
- Slope, aspect and hillshade derivatives

Full-frame 45 MP aerial survey with the DJI Zenmuse P1 — true-colour orthomosaics and photorealistic 3D models at centimetre resolution.

- Photorealistic textured 3D mesh (OBJ, FBX, 3D Tiles)
- Dense colour point cloud (LAS/LAZ)
- Digital surface model raster
- Full-resolution oblique imagery, catalogued and geotagged

Scan-to-BIM
Data-rich 3D building models built from measured reality, not from drawings that stopped being true years ago.
You receive
- Revit model at the LOD you specify (LOD 200 to LOD 350)
- IFC export for open-format coordination
- Registered point cloud in RCP/RCS and E57
- Deviation report — model against scan, colour-mapped
- 2D plans, elevations and sections extracted from the model

Vegetation Mapping
Tree height, canopy extent and trunk position measured individually, so planning decisions are made on evidence rather than estimates.
You receive
- Individual tree inventory — position, height, DBH estimate, crown radius

- Clash envelope around proposed structures and service runs
- Classified point cloud with vegetation returns isolated
- GIS-ready outputs (SHP, GeoPackage) for your planning team
